1.How to upload an audio meditation?

Upload

Example Upload an audio meditation from Whatsapp.


Step 1 Deep click on the audio file in Whatsapp bringing up a sub menu.

Step 2 Click "Forward".
Step 3 Next, click the Share icon (box with up arrow).
Step 4 Click "Save to Files" and save the file to the Files app on the phone. 
Step 5 Open the Maina app. Go to 'Begin meditation' > 'Upload' to add the audio meditation.
Step 5 You can now access the uploaded meditation in the Maina app ('Begin meditation' > 'Log session' > Meditation menu).

 

● Example Upload from email, text, etc.

 

Steps Click on the audio file in email to bring up a sub menu with the share icon. Next follow all the steps above.

After Learning how to meditate in the Maina app, you can access the following guided meditations for daily practice.
