Quick Start 🧘
Learn to meditate with Maina in about ten minutes. Discover effective techniques that blend modern science with ancient wisdom, or upload your favorite audio meditations for offline access anywhere.

How to use this feature ?

  • Open Maina and go to Home > Meditate > Learn to get started.

  • Access guided meditations under Meditate > Log > Session dropdown.

  • To upload an audio meditation, navigate to Meditate > Upload. Uploaded meditations are available at Meditate > Log > Session dropdown.

Progress View ☑️
Track your mental health and well-being. Log meditation sessions and see how your practice builds over time, impacting your overall state.

How to use this feature ?

  • Open Maina and navigate to Home > Check in to track your overall mental state.

  • Log meditation sessions at Home > Meditate > Log.

  • View your practice progress at Home > See progress.

  • To explore how your practice impacts your overall state, go to Home > See progress > View well-being report.

AI Summary 
Maina AI analyzes your meditation, health, sleep, and emotional patterns to reveal how meditation improves your well-being.

How to use this feature ?

  • Open Maina and navigate to Home > See progress > See well-being summary.

  • The more you Check in and Log meditation sessions, the more accurate the AI insights become.

  • Health metrics and sleep data are included when available, e.g. from a fitness tracker like the Apple Watch synced to Apple Health.

FAQs
1.How to upload an audio meditation?

Upload

Example Upload an audio meditation from Whatsapp.


Step 1 Deep click on the audio file in Whatsapp bringing up a sub menu.

Step 2 Click "Forward".
Step 3 Next, click the Share icon (box with up arrow).
Step 4 Click "Save to Files" and save the file to the Files app on the phone. 
Step 5 Open the Maina app. Go to Meditate > Upload to add the audio meditation.
Step 5 You can now access the meditation in the Maina app (Meditate > Log > Session dropdown).

 

● Example Upload from email, text, etc.

 

Steps Click on the audio file in email to bring up a sub menu with the share icon. Next follow all the steps above.

2. What are guided meditations ?

 

After Learning how to meditate in the Maina app, you can access the following guided meditations for daily practice.
